How do the colors reflect the content of the Magazine?

Ways to make type stand out from the background:

  • Choose type color that contrasts with the background color
  • Add a contrasting colored box . Box can be opaque or semi-transparent
  • Add a drop shadow or outline
  • Use a drop shadow or outline around the type
  • Use a bold thick font
  • Use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS

 

Images

Clipping path: A silhouette of an area that serves as a mask. Only that portion within the clipping path (mask) appears when placed into another application or combined with another image. The area outside the clipping path becomes transparent.
